In this role, you'll support both the Cafeteria Kitchen and the Innovation Kitchen by ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. This role directly supports Casey's innovation pipeline and contributes to a positive experience for team members and guests! This role works from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with some flexibility, no nights, weekends, or holidays, and includes free meals for our Cafeteria team! Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and sanitary condition of service, cafeteria kitchen areas, innovation kitchen areas, and cafeteria interior according to Company standards. Abide by Casey’s dress and grooming standards. Responsible for ensuring cleaning procedures are followed and properly maintained in the cafeteria.
Wash dishes, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand. Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Sweep and scrub floors.
Greet guests and ensure great guest experiences.
Work collaboratively with both Cafeteria and Innovation Kitchen teams.
