We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated culinary professional to join our team and contribute to delivering world-class cuisine. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in a wide range of cooking techniques and ensure the highest standards of quality, taste, consistency, and food safety aligning with both DO & CO and airline client specifications. About DO & CO: We have a passion for hospitality and culinary delights on every banquet floor and in the sky. With the three business segments of Airline Catering, International Event Catering, and Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels, we offer gourmet entertainment all over the world. We operate in 32 locations, 12 countries, and 3 continents, maintaining the highest standards of quality in both our products and services. We refine the classics, develop the unknown, and grow constantly sometimes beyond our own expectations. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on cooking experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and follow recipes accurately and consistently.
  • Valid Food Handler Certification
  • Culinary Education required
  • Minimum of 2 year of cooking experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate daily prep lists to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Cook and plate breakfast items in accordance with DO & CO quality and presentation standards.
  • Monitor, track, and manage dry goods and protein inventory to maintain proper stock levels.
  • Contribute to menu creation and development by offering ideas that reflect freshness, balance, and innovation.
