About The Position

Mount Calvary Lutheran School is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Cafeteria Assistant to support lunch service for the 2024-2025 school year until the end of January 2025. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service experience
• Food service or restaurant experience
• Ability to push carts and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for 2 hours or more
• Reliability and flexibility to come in earlier depending on department needs

Responsibilities

• Set up beverage containers for lunch service
• Assist in Cold Prep area for lunch service
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, & smallware
• Assist with deep frying and other sides for lunch service
• Restock beverages in between lunch times
• Help in kitchen depending on department needs
• Communicate reorder items to Cafeteria Manager
• Other duties as assigned
