About The Position
Montana Coffee Traders is seeking enthusiastic Café Staff to join our team in Kalispell, MT. Our café staff play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers. Responsibilities include operating the register, greeting customers, preparing drinks, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness by bussing tables. We pride ourselves on our high-energy atmosphere and our commitment to delivering the highest quality products and services to our guests. As a compassion-driven company, we have been roasting specialty coffee since 1981, and our connection to the community is at the heart of what we do. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about coffee and customer service to join our team.
