About The Position

As a team member at our café, you will create a friendly and familiar environment to complement our extensive range of homemade soups, hot food, sandwiches, salads, and freshly-blended juices. We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and personable individuals who pay attention to the smaller details. While experience as a barista is highly desirable, a warm personality and keen organizational skills are equally important. This role will be based at our café at Jersey Airport, with some shifts at our cafés in St Helier. Candidates must be prepared to start some shifts at 5:00am or 6:00am and will need to provide 5 years' checkable employment references and complete a criminal record check through Disclosure Scotland to obtain an Airside Pass.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic and friendly personality.
• Keen organizational skills.
• Experience as a barista is highly desirable.
• Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 5:00am or 6:00am.
• Immediate right to work in Jersey or the UK.

• Previous experience in a café or restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Annual basic salary of £29,390 for a 40-hour-per-week contract.
