Responsibilities

• Meet & greet guests, delivering excellent customer service in every circumstance.
• Help build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, & Trust.
• Support your manager and team as needed.
• Learn different positions, including cashier, baking, drive-thru, salad & sandwich making, barista, dishwashing, and maintaining dining room cleanliness.
• As a cashier, welcome customers, take orders, and ensure a great experience.
• As a salad & sandwich maker, assemble menu items quickly, correctly, and consistently.
• Commit to health & food safety standards.
