Requirements

1-3 years of experience
Possess general hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices

Nice To Haves

Associate’s Degree preferred
ServSafe Certification is preferred

Responsibilities

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly and service oriented manner
Completes interviewing, hiring, and training of employees
Plans, assists, and directs work while appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems
Oversees facility operations
