Requirements

  • 2+ years in a General Manager role, preferably in a high-volume café or hospitality venue .
  • Proven experience leading large teams and multi-outlet operations.
  • A deep understanding of financial performance, budgeting, and P&L responsibility.
  • Experience driving team development, service standards, and guest relationships.
  • An understanding of scalable operations , with the ability to create efficiencies and growth.
  • A hands-on attitude—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and lead by example.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a senior management team of 3+ experienced leaders, fostering performance and accountability.
  • Ensure a consistent, best-in-class guest experience across all venues.
  • Maintain vibrant, community-centered atmospheres while upholding operational standards.
  • Oversee venue upkeep, health department compliance, training, and general maintenance.
  • Drive sales and profitability through growth strategies and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and improve training programs, mentoring managers and team leads.
  • Uphold our commitment to product quality, sustainability, and service without compromise.
