The Café Manager will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, supervising team members, and supporting financial and operational goals. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Must have at least 3 years of cafe management experience in foodservice operations, such as corporate dining, hospitality, healthcare, military, or education settings.
Operational knowledge of food service equipment and cash handling procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet navigation.
ServSafe or Department of Health Certification preferred.
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be flexible to work varying hours Monday through Friday as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, supervise, and coach café associates to achieve operational goals.
Plan, market, and execute special events and promotions to drive engagement and sales.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
Monitor and manage financials, including budgeting, labor, and inventory controls.
Maintain day-to-day café operations to meet quality, safety, and service expectations.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and implement business improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of dining operations.
