About The Position
Love cooking, fast-paced kitchens, and making people smile? We're looking for an Arcade Café Cook to join the Sandy Harbor Café team and help create amazing food experiences for guests enjoying the beach life! What You’ll Do: As an Arcade Café Cook I, you’ll prepare and serve high-quality food while helping keep the kitchen running smooth, clean, and safe. From grills to fryers to sandwich stations — you’ll be right in the heart of the action.
Responsibilities
- Preparing delicious food orders to company standards
- Keeping ingredients stocked, rotated, and organized
- Maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen areas
- Helping manage inventory and receiving deliveries
- Following food safety procedures and operational checklists
- Training and supporting new teammates
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations at the end of each shift
- Assisting with opening & closing kitchen routines
- Working closely with supervisors and teammates for smooth service
- Delivering great guest service with a positive attitude
