About The Position

The Kitchen Worker performs a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties in the kitchen area, ensuring that all food and beverage equipment, service areas, and storage areas are clean and ready for use. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a S. Nevada Health District Health Card.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work within time guidelines.
• Ability to move from one project to the next in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork and customer service oriented.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to understand and follow through with verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, clean, mop, scrub, and deep clean all kitchen areas and industrial equipment including hoods, grills, stoves, counter tops, drains, and floors.
• Empty trash.
• Clean and transport Food and Beverage equipment to requested locations.
• Work directly with Steward and Exec. Steward to accomplish daily workload goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food and beverage equipment, service areas, tableware, pots/pans, and storage areas.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned and instructed by management.
