About The Position

Cafe Dining Attendant - Full-Time Pay: $19.12 - $20.00/hr, based on experience Schedule: Cafe Dining: Full-Time Mon 10:45a-8p , Tues 10:45a-8p Wed 10:45-4:15p , Thur 10:45p-8p , Fri 10:45a-8p Qualifications: Customer Service: Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments. Oral Communication : Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions. Responsibility's: Provide friendly and professional service in a high-volume café environment serving residents and staff. Greet and welcome residents and guests promptly, creating a warm and positive dining experience. Accurately take customer orders and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system. Prepare and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining room and kitchen areas in compliance with health and safety regulations. Clear, bus, clean, and sanitize tables after each use. Keep the front-of-house area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
