Under the direct supervision of the Retail Manager and Food Service Supervisors, the cafeteria attendant responsibilities include prepare and serve foods in the cafe, clean and stock cafe stations, maintain cleanliness of cafe and serving areas, serve as cashier as assigned/needed. Understands all essential positions of the cafeteria/retail area and can complete tasks as needed without assistance. Practices safe food handling and HACCP guidelines. Provides excellent customer service to all cafe patrons. The position shall exemplify the desired Culture of Choice® and philosophies of Parrish Healthcare.
