Responsibilities

• Ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café
• Maintaining cleanliness and temperature control of shelves
• Verifying expiration dates and disposing of lesser-quality food products
• Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stocking displays
• Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and educating other associates
• Preparing food according to item specifications and adhering to food safety standards
• Utilizing digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
• Driving performance in the area by stocking and rotating merchandise
• Providing member service and resolving member issues
