Requirements

Provide a top-notch customer service to ensure you meet or exceed clients’ expectations.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Training, motivation and retention of Canteen staff.
Ability to lift 30 + pounds
Continuous standing and walking throughout the work shift.
Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and work effectively in an environment typical of this position.
Food Handler’s license

Responsibilities

Positively engaging with customers
Clean and restock fridges with food and beverage products
Accepting orders and payments through Toast POS system
Change keg lines when necessary
Primary responsibility for making and serving all smoothie and beverage orders
Answering customers questions about menu choices; promoting and recommending menu options
Maintaining inventory and equipment by cleaning and troubleshooting
Keeping the work environment sanitary and organized
Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service
Ability to craft and serve salads and sandwiches to customers when needed
Cook menu items following SOPs, with the most consistent and high-quality standards.
Prepare food for service (salad station, meats, sauces).
Prepare coffee station for service.
Prepare Grab n Go items (sandwiches, wraps) in packaging to be displayed in the fridge
Take orders from customers directly or through Toast POS in a timely manner
