About The Position
At Sam's Club, our café associates play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our members. They are the heart of our café, ensuring that every food order is prepared with care and served with a smile. Our café associates are passionate about food and dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and service. They listen to our members' needs, prepare fresh food, and provide fast and friendly service, all while fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes our café feel like home. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our café is stocked with high-quality products that are fresh and ready for our members. This includes maintaining cleanliness, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of any food that does not meet our quality standards. You will also be involved in packing ready-to-sell products, preparing and serving ready-to-eat food, and keeping the café area clean and sanitized. Your contributions will directly impact our members' satisfaction and the overall success of our café. As a café associate, you will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will prepare food according to item specifications, adhere to food safety standards, and operate and maintain café equipment. Additionally, you will leverage digital tools to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales, while also being a brand ambassador who inspires and influences your fellow associates.
