Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience
• Proficient in G-Suite
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Bring the Cafe experience and our brand to life by helping to create an inclusive environment where all customers and team members feel welcome
• Proactively engage with customers and the community in all areas of the Cafe
• Guide customers through goal setting by meeting them where they are and advocating for better financial literacy
• Be a team player and work with an energized team of Ambassadors
• Stay curious, adaptable and have a desire to learn and grow through self development
• Continually learn new digital and technical skills
• Partner with local businesses, nonprofits, charities, and the Engagement team to plan events
• Volunteer within the community and be an advocate for financial literacy
