About The Position

The Nest provides all day dining as well as Kiawah apparel, grocery, beer and wine. We are the one stop shop for almost anything a guest or resident may need. We provide casual, friendly service while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The retail attendant position with the assistance of managers and supervisors, is to proficiently attend to the guests’ needs with accurate and informative service. Operation of a point of sale system, responding to guest both in person and via telephone are integral to this position. Pay Rate: Compensation rates posted on external job boards are auto-generated. Kiawah Island Golf Resort determines final compensation during the hiring process; this position is eligible for tips. Qualifications: Minimum Education – Currently in school working towards graduation, have already received a high school diploma or GED Minimum Experience - 6 months prior retail experience with a similar retail establishment preferred. For grocery delivery, must have a valid S.C. Driver’s License. Ability to complete monetary transactions correctly. Must be able work both independently as well in a team environment. Good to excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written. Employee must be able to make good decisions with confidential information regarding events and guests of Kiawah Island Golf Resort. Must be able to pass a background check. Requirements
