The Café Manager leads The Boro’s bakery, café, and take-away programs with a deep commitment to exceptional hospitality and service. This role ensures every guest interaction reflects heartfelt care and warmth, while building the systems and standards that allow the café to operate seamlessly and profitably. As the expert on all offerings – including food, beverage, retail, service styles, and multiple revenue streams – the Café Manager models genuine salesmanship and guides the team in confidently presenting and selling the diverse experiences we offer through The Boro. They are responsible for training and developing the team, while maintaining a professional, supportive work environment where efficiency, excellence, and values-driven decision-making are embedded into every aspect of café operations.
