This position is responsible for supporting the efficient day-to-day management of Café operations at our existing and future locations in NOVA and DC. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Ensuring Customer Satisfaction, Complaint Resolution, Cleanliness, Sanitation Standards, Safety, Staff Training, Scheduling, Supervising, Cost Control, Maintaining and monitoring inventory.
