Requirements

• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Café experience and brand to life by creating an inclusive environment for customers and team members.
• Proactively engage with customers and the community in all areas of the Café, assisting with tech challenges and showcasing services and products.
• Guide customers through goal setting and advocate for better financial literacy using Capital One resources.
• Collaborate with a team of Ambassadors to inspire and support each other in creating thoughtful customer experiences.
• Stay curious and adaptable, with a desire for self-development and learning new digital and technical skills.
• Partner with local businesses and nonprofits to plan community events and volunteer opportunities.
