About The Position

The position involves soliciting and identifying new premium slot customers on the casino floor for the Caesars Rewards Program. Responsibilities include issuing point vouchers and complimentary items as designated by customer account information, acknowledging and greeting customers, creating and issuing Total Rewards cards, and promoting the program and related promotions. The role requires maintaining the integrity of the database through high standards of data entry and ensuring the protection of customers' rewards and credit lines. The employee will promote Caesars Palace by interacting with customers in an enthusiastic, helpful, and friendly manner, while also meeting attendance guidelines and adhering to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Previous commission, telemarketing, or retail sales experience preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience with a proven ability to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.
  • Some computer experience required.
  • Must have an outgoing personality and be able to generate business by signing up qualified players.
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to obtain a Gaming Sheriff's card.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge, greet, and converse with customers on the casino floor.
  • Create and issue Total Rewards cards and promote the program and related promotions.
  • Maintain integrity of database by following high standards of data entry.
  • Ensure the protection of customer's rewards and credit lines.
  • Promote Caesars Palace by interacting with customers in an enthusiastic, helpful, and friendly manner.
  • Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
