About The Position

The Caesars Rewards Representative is responsible for creating a fun and engaging atmosphere in the casino by encouraging guests to sign up for Club Eldorado and assisting with coupon and prize distribution. This role requires proficiency in data entry for new applications and effective communication with guests and co-workers to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Gaming License required.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
• Proficient in data entry and editing of applications.
• Must be over 21 years of age to work on the casino floor.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a casino environment.
• Knowledge of hotel functions on the computer.

Responsibilities

• Encourage guests to sign up for Club Eldorado.
• Assist in coupon and prize distribution.
• Provide friendly and professional service to all casino patrons.
• Exhibit professionalism during guest and employee interactions.
• Conduct daily inventory of supplies.
• Answer phones in a friendly and speedy manner, reciting provided scripts.
• Attend special events as required.
