The position is responsible for maintaining daily procedures regarding Caesars Rewards members and functions. This includes discerning appropriate ID, filing, record keeping, and computer coding of applications. The role requires interaction with all casino-related departments and promotes positive customer service. The individual will handle direct mail inquiries, update customer account information without changing player rating information, and assist with the resolution of player complaints and problems. The position also involves analyzing computer information related to the structure of the Caesars Rewards Club and greeting daily Line Runs and Charters while providing Family Style Customer Service. Regular attendance for scheduled work is required, and the individual must always be visible and available to listen to guests' concerns and quickly attempt to remedy situations. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
