JOB SUMMARY This role requires delivering fast, friendly, and professional service while accurately entering customer information and maintaining data integrity. Representatives must be knowledgeable about program benefits and effectively communicate them to guests, contributing to a positive and engaging customer experience.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a Gaming Sheriff’s card.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proven ability to deliver courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Outgoing and upbeat with a consistently positive attitude
  • Must be able to generate business by engaging and signing up qualified players.
  • Basic computer skills required; ability to type at least 30 WPM and 10-key experience preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to work any day of the week or any shift.
  • Ability to work well with co-workers and contribute to a team environment.
  • Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance.
  • Must be able to move in and around the Casino/Hotel areas and Caesars Rewards centers throughout the entire shift.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Must be able to keep aware of the constant changes and enhancements of the Caesars Rewards program and its benefits.
  • Must be able to respond calmly and handle many customers' demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance, and work at a desk.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Responds to visual and aural cues.
  • Must have manual dexterity to be able to operate the following equipment: computer, telephone, photocopier, fax machine, ten key, embosser, printer and bar encoder.
  • Comfortable working in areas with secondhand smoke.
  • Position may require travel between any of the eight properties to support shift coverage as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in commission-based sales, telemarketing, retail, or customer service preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required; ability to type at least 30 WPM and 10-key experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Travel required Caesars Palace, Paris, Horseshoe, Cromwell, LINQ, Planet Hollywood, Harrah's, and Flamingo.
  • Solicit and identify new premium slot customers on the casino floor for the Caesars Rewards Program.
  • Issues point vouchers and complimentary as designated by customer account information.
  • Acknowledges, greets and converses with customers on the casino floor.
  • Creates and issues Total Rewards cards and promotes the program and related promotions.
  • Maintains integrity of database by following high standards of data entry.
  • Ensures the protection of customer rewards and credit lines.
  • Promotes Caesars Palace by interacting with customers in an enthusiastic, helpful, and friendly manner.
  • Meets attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
