Requirements

• Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) or related field
• Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) certification
• Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques
• Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations
• Familiarity with group therapy dynamics
• Strong understanding of behavior management principles
