About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced and detail-driven CAD Technician to bring complex ideas to life through innovative design. In this role, you’ll create 2D and 3D models, collaborate with talented engineers, and play a key part in the development of custom systems that make a global impact.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in drafting, engineering technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of CAD drafting experience, ideally with SolidWorks.
• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A passion for precision and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Use SolidWorks and other CAD tools to develop detailed technical drawings and 3D facility layouts.
• Translate sketches and concepts into accurate, manufacturable designs.
• Work directly with engineers and project teams to refine concepts and resolve design challenges.
• Prepare documentation including bills of materials, cut sheets, and assembly drawings.
• Maintain organized CAD files and ensure all work meets project and industry standards.
