Produce high-quality Construction Documents using CAD, including Site Layout, Grading, Erosion and Sediment Control, Stormwater Management, Road Design, Utilities (Water, Sewer, Storm Drains), Landscaping, Hardscaping, and Forest Conservation.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
Review and revise designs to ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
Maintain and organize drawing files and documentation.

High school diploma or GED required; CAD certification or associate degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in a CAD-related role preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience is a plus).
Ability to manage tasks and projects independently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
