As a CAD Tech III, you'll play a critical role in supporting engineers on innovative projects that impact real-world infrastructure. What You'll Do Collaborate with engineers on technical projects and product development. Collect, organize, and analyze technical data to drive project success. Build, assemble, modify, and repair prototypes that bring ideas to life. Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including reports, drawings, diagrams, and schematics. Perform precise mathematical calculations based on engineering specifications. Recommend creative solutions to technical challenges. Set up and conduct tests, recording data for engineering analysis. Coordinate with permit agencies, system owners, and field leaders to ensure compliance and efficiency. Review client-provided work and assess scope requirements. Provide engineering support during construction and post-construction reviews. Conduct root cause analysis of outages and apply engineering principles for mitigation. What You Bring Education & Experience:High School diploma or equivalent with 4-6 years of related experience. OR Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience. OR Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of experience. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in Power/Utilities and field data collection.
