The CAD Specialist will complete production work and collaborate with project teams. Attention to detail and speed are equally important and an understanding of general construction is a plus. There is potential for growth into designer roles. Hourly rate is $18 - $25 dependent on experience.

Requirements

• Relevant technical degree preferred.
• Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills a must.
• At least three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote company's Revit and AutoCAD design standards and protocols.
• Set up projects and create objects and families.
• Complete markups for all three MEP disciplines (plumbing is the current priority).
• Translate less specific design direction into functional documents.
• Flag coordination issues between disciplines.
• Help evolve company AutoCAD/Revit standards in coordination with other offices.
• Work well with others to manage the production process.
