In this role, you will: Assist the sales force by preparing site-specific drawings, including room layouts, elevations, and other materials required for submittal packages Review quotes, design images, and CAD files associated with submittal packages, identifying and clarifying differences or discrepancies Revise drawing packages to reflect changes requested by customers, distributors, production, or product managers Review signed drawing packages for revisions and appropriate approvals before releasing fabrication documents to the assembly team Produce customer part literature as requested by product managers Create models using the Revit platform to support the sales process Design new sales packages as needed and maintain all existing sales package documentation What You'll Bring We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and takes pride in producing accurate technical documentation. The ideal candidate will: Capably manage required administrative functions Demonstrate exceptional proofreading skills and attention to detail Verify work to ensure accuracy and minimize rework Follow work instructions, procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies Meet established productivity standards Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams Be self-motivated and work well with minimal supervision Develop practical solutions independently or consult appropriate resources when needed Qualifications Hold an Associate's Degree from an accredited technical institute, or a high school diploma with 2-4 years of related experience Possess foundational knowledge of CAD methods, including dimensioning and part creation Ability to read and accurately interpret architectural drawings, along with 2D and 3D models Be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) Successfully multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines If you need assistant with the application process or would like to request a paper application, please contact Skytron's Human Resources Department at 800.759.8766.
