The position will utilize hands-on experience in power/signal EM analysis and/or IR analysis to define, develop, and refine methodologies and flows.

Requirements

• Minimum requirement of BS + 10 years of relevant industry experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience with custom design environment and transistor level EM/IR analysis
• Proficiency in at least one of programing languages: Python, Perl, C/C++
• Hands on experience developing transistor level EM/IR analysis and automations for improved accuracy and higher performance
• Knowledge in EM/IR analysis tools, including their working principles and methods.
• Familiar with custom design environment and flows, including schematic/layout design, simulation, extraction, and physical verification.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to root-cause technical challenges and communicate solutions for methodology advancement
• Ability to coordinate and drive initiatives with minimum supervision

Responsibilities

• Supporting transistor level power/signal EM and/or IR solutions that scale with accuracy and capacity challenges
• Supporting and enhancing the custom transistor level EM/IR methodology
• Collaborating with various design groups (Physical-design and integration, Circuit-design / Power / Technology) to address their circuit verification requirements across different processes
• Partnering with design, CAD and EDA teams to identify flow deficiencies and deliver state of art solutions
