About The Position

We are seeking a skilled CAD Detailer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and proficiency in various CAD software applications. This role involves creating detailed drawings and schematics that support our engineering projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards. The CAD Detailer will collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop designs that meet client specifications.

Requirements

• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Inventor or Revit is essential.
• Strong understanding of building construction and drafting techniques.
• Experience in creating schematics and detailed drawings for construction or manufacturing projects.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills to identify potential design issues.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed CAD drawings and schematics using AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit and other relevant software.
• Draft rainscreen designs and layouts for various projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements and provide technical support.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers or project managers.
• Maintain organized records of all design documents and revisions for future reference.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications and reports.
