The CAD Designer is responsible for using CAD software within a Teamcenter‑integrated environment to create, modify, and upload models, assemblies, drawings, and engineering change reports. This role supports assigned workflow tasks while complying with department procedures to meet objectives related to timing, quality, and cost. Main Responsibilities Develop, modify, and upload CAD models, drawings, and assemblies in accordance with project requirements. Create, update, and submit Engineering Change Reports through Teamcenter. Execute assigned workflow tasks, including reviewing, preparing, and integrating CAD data within Teamcenter. Support the development, deployment, and documentation of new Teamcenter workflows and process improvements. Participate in engineering and manufacturing design reviews, evaluate design concepts, and provide recommendations to improve product quality and manufacturability. Position Requirements Associate’s Degree, Trade or Tech. School in CAD Design or Engineering 5-7+ years of CAD experience with HPDC tooling experience strongly preferred Proficiency in 3D parametric CAD, surface modeling, assembly modeling, and detailed part design. NX CAD experience strongly preferred; CATIA experience is a plus. Experience in HPDC die design or plastic injection mold design preferred. Strong working knowledge of Teamcenter, including workflows, data management, and model integration.
