About The Position

As a CAD/Civil 3D Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting Olsson’s applied technology service area in providing reliable, innovative solutions and excellent technological consultation and support. You will perform routine applied technology assignments according to established guidelines which would include services related to Autodesk products and .dwg-based technology programs. Other responsibilities include: executing and escalating incoming support tickets; assisting with coordinating and deploying software installations and updates; assembling material to be used in software training and technical support documents; documenting and assisting with technical software asset management; assembling reports for software billing; managing online licensing and user profiles. We currently have one open position for candidates interested in being located out of our Lincoln, NE, Omaha, NE, North Kansas City, MO, Oklahoma City, OK, Springfield, MO, Joplin, MO or Overland Park, KS office locations.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • 2 years of software experience

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design Technology or a related area of study preferred
