About The Position

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Rogers Dental Lab in Athens, TN, for a Full Time CAD CAM Technician (Scan/Design). The regular hours for this position are from 7 :00 a.m. to 4 :00 p.m. , Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, and subject to change from time to time. Requirements

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Must have basic computer skills
Excellent hand eye coordination
Display attention to detail
Time management skills required for production environment
Display problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities

Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist on each case.
Enter patient information and scan stone models to create 3D virtual models
Insure all steps are followed, in order, for consistent and accurate results.
Design dental frameworks/restorations that provide the patient with the proper function of aesthetics.
Enter every case with proper material and tooth number.
Adjust settings accordingly to product types.
Keep cases organized so that the flow of work stays on schedule.
All other duties as assigned.
