The role requires prompt and articulate communication with colleagues and managers, thorough documentation of actions through forms, logs, and reports, and close collaboration with quality control specialists to address and resolve quality issues. The designer must adhere to quality standard protocols, identify and report problem cases, prepare necessary equipment and materials like resin and alcohol, and apply technical knowledge to achieve departmental goals. Additional duties and projects may be assigned by management.
