About The Position

The CAD/CAM Department Manager will oversee and optimize the workflow of cases within the CAD department at Dental Metrics. This role requires an expert-level designer with a deep understanding of dental anatomy and proficiency in 3Shape software, along with experience in Exocad and Blender. The manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality outcomes in case design and workflow management, while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in 3Shape software.
• In-depth knowledge of dental anatomy and morphology.
• Strong experience with Hybrid/All-on-X designs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team in a high-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Exocad and Blender for Dental.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and provide creative solutions for complex design challenges.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming cases to ensure proper case planning and material selection.
