What this job involves: Lead the transformational launch and delivery of a large-scale Occupancy Planning Audit Program as CAD/CAFM System & Audit Coordinator with JLL, where you'll play a crucial role ensuring successful program implementation while bringing best practices, industry insight, and thought leadership to the account as a trusted advisor to clients, Global OPM Lead, Account Director, and teams. You'll establish and manage detailed audit project plans aligned with Audit Program goals while directly managing a team of CAD/CAFM Analysts and serving as single point of contact for audit questions through active participation in office hours and training sessions. This role positions you as a strategic leader in audit program excellence, where your expertise in team management, data quality processes, and space audit procedures will directly impact program success and client satisfaction. Your leadership will contribute to JLL's audit program innovation while you drive implementation, foster adoption of training curriculum, employ data quality processes ensuring continued accuracy, and support standard operating procedures for auditors including comprehensive training materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field required with 7-15 years of experience in corporate environment
  • Previous experience in space/occupancy planning and space data management at strategic level with experience managing diverse teams and driving large-scale program implementation
  • Exceptional communication skills with excellent active listening abilities, presentation skills to promote ideas persuasively, and capability to establish strong relationships across all organizational levels
  • Skills in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, vlookup, cell calculations, understanding of floorplans, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to consolidate data into PowerPoint presentations
  • Ability to effectively structure, staff, and manage projects ensuring clarity of expectations, timely execution, and successful outcomes with strong organizational and planning skills
  • Structured approach to problem solving with natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics, process-oriented mindset driving sustainable change through root cause analysis
  • High perseverance and resourcefulness with flexibility to work in ambiguous situations, resilience and tenacity with propensity to persevere, and unwavering ethical standards driving excellence

  • Background leading large-scale audit programs, transformation initiatives, or complex corporate real estate projects with proven track record implementing comprehensive quality assurance processes
  • Advanced experience with Archibus, ServiceNow, or similar CAFM platforms with understanding of space data management, audit methodologies, and system integration processes
  • Experience developing comprehensive training programs, curriculum design, or organizational learning initiatives with capability to scale knowledge transfer across diverse teams
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with experience in data visualization, dashboard creation, or business intelligence platforms supporting executive decision-making processes
  • Proven track record serving as trusted advisor to executive-level clients, supporting strategic initiatives, or leading cross-functional teams in complex corporate environments

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage tracking of detailed audit project plans aligned with Audit Program goals while driving implementation and ensuring successful program launch through strategic planning and execution
  • Directly manage team of CAD/CAFM Analysts by identifying right people for roles, drive adoption of staff training curriculum and timeline, and provide comprehensive training and mentoring as Subject Matter Expert
  • Collect and track drawing, space, and occupancy updates using Client's ServiceNow Application, distribute to JLL CAD/CAFM analysts for Archibus updates, and employ data quality processes ensuring continued accuracy
  • Employ space audit processes ensuring accuracy of space assignments, space types, and architectural layouts while supporting standard operating procedures for auditors and developing training materials
  • Act as trusted advisor to client, Global OPM Lead, Account Director, and teams while serving as single point of contact for audit questions and active participant in office hours
  • Foster critical relationships between various individuals and organizations while ensuring coordination and collaboration among JLL businesses and maintaining strong cultural alignment
  • Create accurate and credible planning reports supporting Corporate Real Estate decision-making including space, demand, and utilization tracking while telling compelling stories through data analysis
