This is a Cactus Wellhead position located in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using .NET Core. This role requires a strong understanding of software architecture, system integrations, and best coding practices. This role will also involve development and enhancements of an ERP system, with training provided for those without prior experience.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental policies pertinent to the position.
  • Design, develop and maintain code following best practices.
  • Implement secure and scalable solutions.
  • Craft Windows applications using Dot Net Core and DevExpress.
  • Engage in special projects or assignments as directed by management.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection.
  • Ensure applications follow design principles, patterns and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation.
  • Address cybersecurity risks and design applications accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain ASP.Net Web APIs and integrate with third-party services.
  • Work with relational and SQL databases such as SQL Server.
  • Optimize database queries and improve performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.
  • Manage projects and source code using Azure DevOps.
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science or other related technical discipline preferred.
  • 10 plus years of experience in .Net Core and C# development.
  • Proficiency in .Net framework and .Net Core, ASP.Net Web API.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud applications and development of Web apps using Azure APP services.
  • Strong grasp of C#, SQL Server, and Windows Services applications.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, and DevExpress for both ASP.Net and desktop applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms (Microsoft Entra Authentication).
