Ensures all children are appropriately chaperoned and never left unattended in all situations such as facility, transportation, playground, or community outing. Ensures the accuracy of Attendance and Meal Counts. Monitors each center kitchen/dining area three (3) times per program year (food preparation and food service) of all meal options. Inputs data into Child Plus, and other necessary systems. Maintains current Child and Adult Care Food Program Child enrollment forms. Maintains current Child and Adult Care Center Meal Benefit Income Eligibility forms. Keeps current on Income Eligibility Guidelines. Verifies accuracy of monthly meal counts for fiscal. Plans and conducts CACFP training to all applicable staff upon initial hire, annually and as needed. Maintains up to date training documentation. Eats with children sharing the same menus, while demonstrating socially acceptable behaviors and manners. Practices daily health routines and follows emergency procedures if needed. Performs other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required. Participates in any assigned training opportunities, onsite or web based as needed. Provides assistance as needed at the center. Attends evening meetings and participates in job related training as required. Follows the program procedures relating to confidentiality. Performs overnight travel as required. Mandated Child Abuse/Neglect reporter
