About The Position

The CAC Advocate Support position is a full-time role focused on assisting the Family Advocate and providing support to families visiting Rainbow House. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Social Work or Child Welfare.
• Must be over 21 years old.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Family Advocate with daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Provide support to families and MDT members during their visits to Rainbow House.
• Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate employee.
• Read and respond to emails as directed by the Director or Advocate.
• Conduct tours of the facility for families.
• Maintain a comfortable environment for families while they are in the agency.
