We’re looking for Communications Technicians at two levels: Tech I (Entry-Level) – Some training or experience preferred Tech II (Experienced) – Ability to lead small teams and handle advanced tasks Shifts Available: 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Flexibility is appreciated as shifts may vary based on project needs. What You’ll Do Install and pull 4" microduct and follow labeling standards Work in a construction environment Perform cable testing and troubleshooting (continuity tests, tone sets, volt-ohmmeter) Identify active voice/data circuits For Tech II: Lead small crews, train team members, and ensure projects are completed on time Complete required paperwork accurately and on time Follow all safety and quality standards What We’re Looking For Tech I: Entry-level candidates with some training or exposure to cabling Tech II: At least 2 years of experience in telecommunications or a related field, plus leadership ability Ability to read blueprints and understand color codes Comfortable working at heights, lifting up to 50 lbs, and in confined spaces Must have a valid driver’s license and meet driving standards Skills That Will Help You Succeed Cable installation (Cat6), terminations, troubleshooting, testing Rack and stack, punch-down, structured cabling Tools will be provided. Regular attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.
