• Install, troubleshoot, and repair cable systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Perform network installations, including running cables, terminating connections, and testing connectivity.
• Splice fiber optic cables and perform necessary fusion splicing.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers and other networking equipment.
• Work with coaxial cables to ensure optimal signal strength and transmission quality.
• Use hand tools and specialized equipment to complete installations and repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
