About The Position

Under general supervision, performs Cable testing, routine checks, and equipment troubleshooting. The position involves performing regular test and inspection procedures to ensure the product is in accordance with SOP’s, assisting with loading/unloading Cable equipment onto transportation vehicles, and maintaining the work area, tools, and fixtures to ensure there are no hazards to personnel or integrity to parts being assembled. Additionally, the role includes training and coaching new hires in basic principles.

Requirements

• Requires a High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• A clean driving record is required for vehicle operators.
• 3-4 years’ artificial lift experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence as required.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Basic hand tool proficiency.
• Basic computer skills required to operate computerized test equipment.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
