About The Position

The Field Technician role at DISH involves delivering TV and Smart Home solutions directly to customers' homes. Requirements

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Ability to stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods.
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs and meet individual weight limit requirements of 335 lbs.
• Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying climates and weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Represent DISH in customers' homes daily.
• Educate customers on smart home possibilities and services.
• Install and service DISH TV and Smart Home solutions.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience during each visit.
• Consult with homeowners to simplify their lives with technology.
