About The Position

Responsibilities

• Install and configure cable television, internet, and phone systems in residential or commercial locations.
• Connect cables to devices, ensuring reliable service and signal strength.
• Diagnose and repair cable signal issues or hardware malfunctions.
• Perform regular maintenance on cables, poles, and other equipment to prevent future issues.
• Replace or upgrade cable systems and hardware as needed, including cabling, connectors, and distribution equipment.
• Test systems and troubleshoot signal issues, adjusting configurations to optimize performance.
• Adhere to OSHA and other relevant safety standards when working on elevated platforms or near power lines.
• Educate customers on how to use their services effectively and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Respond to customer concerns, providing accurate information about service capabilities and performance.
