About The Position

What You’ll Do: Assemble complex cable products used in high-performance applications. Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate builds. Prepare and route wires, strip insulation, and complete assemblies with care and precision. Perform visual inspections to identify and correct defects in line with quality standards. Operate manufacturing tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Help improve processes by sharing feedback and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Properly handle materials, including any hazardous waste generated in your work area.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints, wiring schematics, and work instructions.
  • Comfort working with small parts and performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.
  • Steady hand and strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • No prior experience required — we’ll train the right candidate!
