Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in cabinetry and countertop installation
Basic proficiency in cabinetry installation techniques
Proficient in Adobe applications and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness and ability to travel to assigned region/territory - West Coast, US
Strong communication skills with a commitment to providing solutions for both internal and external customers
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Experience in design or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of cabinetry and countertop projects.
Ensure that all kitchen projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant parties.
Ensure schedules are effectively coordinated to support smooth interactions between suppliers and clients.
Provide ongoing support to suppliers as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Install cabinetry at client residences and showroom locations as required
Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning through installation and completion
Conduct site visits during installation to ensure quality control and adherence to standards
Train and support installers as needed to maintain installation quality and efficiency
Serve as the primary liaison between Porcelanosa factories and suppliers
Perform accurate on-site measurements to ensure proper fit and installation
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Manage the relationship with the client and all parties.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
