Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in cabinetry and countertop installation
  • Basic proficiency in cabinetry installation techniques
  • Proficient in Adobe applications and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness and ability to travel to assigned region/territory - West Coast, US
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to providing solutions for both internal and external customers
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in design or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of cabinetry and countertop projects.
  • Ensure that all kitchen projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant parties.
  • Ensure schedules are effectively coordinated to support smooth interactions between suppliers and clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to suppliers as needed to ensure efficient operations.
  • Install cabinetry at client residences and showroom locations as required
  • Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning through installation and completion
  • Conduct site visits during installation to ensure quality control and adherence to standards
  • Train and support installers as needed to maintain installation quality and efficiency
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Porcelanosa factories and suppliers
  • Perform accurate on-site measurements to ensure proper fit and installation
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all parties.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
