About The Position

Our Cabinet Shop & Warehouse has a position for a senior shop associate for our Miramar Beach, Florida facility. This candidate should have equipment experience (Forklift, Drill, Saw, Basic Hand Tools, etc.) as well as job staging and material handling knowledge. We are looking for someone with shop or warehouse experience and a positive attitude in order to grow with us. We believe in delivering results to our Clients, our Team and one another and that co-workers become family with the right culture. Our Team wins when everyone does their part and helps each other overcome bad days. Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 6am to 2:30pm with occasional overtime or flex schedule for regional deliveries on occasion if needed. We receive material and it needs to be staged correctly and completely to accomplish the objective. Strong communication and organizational skills a must, forklift certified a plus or we will train/certify. Must be focused on results and a team player for us to be successful. Requirements

  • 2+ Years of cabinetry shop and/or warehouse experience
  • Communicates clearly, and professionally while reading materials list and measuring accurately.
  • Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a Team, being dependable and punctual.
  • Forklift certified a plus but we will train, must have valid Driver's License & be safety conscious and willing to grow with us.

Nice To Haves

  • Light construction or hand tool experience
  • Forklift certified

Responsibilities

  • Part of a small team receiving and staging materials, cut and process jobs for installation.
  • Collaborates with fellow Teammates to ensure proper quality of materials and completion of jobs.
  • Be accountable for results and celebrate the wins.
  • Interact with Fellow Team Members effectively and respectfully.
  • Occasionally drive company vehicle with component materials weighing up to 50 pounds each, up 1-2 flights of stairs safely and delicately.
